1. Multi country tracking for online services company
Inquision manages this 10+ country survey project that totals over 40.000 annual
interviews for the client. Data
collection is carried out four times a year in 12 different languages.
The
sample is representative of the online population in each of the participating
countries by virtue of sampling matrices and post-stratification procedures
developed by Inquision.
We provide consolidated and country-by-country reporting in an easy to access
graphics format that allows management to monitor market developments across
Europe and to develop strategy correspondingly.
2. Data mining, segmentation and predicitive statistics for e-marketing strategy development for major pharmaceutical company
In order to maximise the efficiency and pay-off of its online direct marketing
campaigns, this company has engaged Inquision to review and analyse past
performance in order to gain a better understanding of the parameters for
increased response and develop differentiated communications.
The project's unique nature stems from the combined analysis of a variety of
data sources including digitally recorded usage information (clicks), content
analysis of newsletters and other communication, and survey data used to segment
the database of users.
The analysis has yielded a wealth of important findings for the client as well
as lead to the development of predictive tools to assist the marketing managers
and the creative team in the design of future campaigns.
3. Statistical and methodological assistance to online research agency in
connection with political opinion measurement project
Inquision's unique combination of statistical
knowledge and online research experience is widely recognised and we often serve
as consultants to other research agencies.
In this project it was our knowledge of sampling and post-stratification that
enabled our client to conduct election day measurements of party choice in a
European country (and predict the election results).
The results were as precise as traditional political surveys and in fact
predicted the right combination of seats in parliament between the two major
blocs more accurately than other surveys published on election day.
4. Data collection software supplier and technical assistance to image
research agency in connection with multi country survey
Several research agencies rely on Inquision's data collection tool (Digium
Enterprise) instead of developing their own online data collection
capabilities.
One such agency conducted a B2B survey in five
Eastern European and Central Asian countries utilising the software's capability
of handling even such specialised characters as Georgian and Cyrilic character
sets.
The client was fully capable of handling design and analysis by themselves and
only relied on Inquision for data collection software and technical assistance.
