Inquision revenue grew 230% in 2008

A closer look at the revenue shows a healthy spread across several types of services: 62% of the revenue comes from international projects, 16% consumer research, 10% employee/customer satisfaction research and 12% license sales to Digium software (an online survey tool that allows companies to do their own questionnaires).

In terms of panels, Inquision now has 3 active panels with more than 35.000 members in Turkey, South Africa and Greece. Furthermore, recruitment for a Nigerian panel started in December 2008 and it is expected that this panel can be launched in the second quarter of 2009.

“Things are running according to our plans,” says Managing Partner, Mads Stenbjerre. “Our goal is to continue the growth on all fronts – panels, projects and software licenses – in 2009. So far there is no sign that the international financial crisis is affecting our business. Just the opposite: In crisis times research buyers are likely to examine their budgets and that’s a real opportunity for new players like Inquision who offer a reliable and cost effective alternative to traditional research methods.”
