1. Creating a survey form You can create different kinds of survey forms easily and flexibly. No training is required. The software enables new users to start designing surveys immediately. All character sets supported and many different language versions available (including Turkish).

 

2. Sending e-mail invitations You can send e-mail invitations directly to the respondents through the software. Simply copy and paste email addresses (from Excel or similar) into the software. Track completion for each individual email address. Send reminders to those who have not completed the survey yet.

 

3. Lay-outing the survey The survey form is completely customizable. Change the font, colors, size, background through an easy design menu. Design your own survey layout to reflect your company's image - add logo and other images. Save your design as a template to use with future surveys.

 

4. Reporting and analysing the results Results can be analysed in the software and the data can be filtered and cross-tabulated. The software enables the making of complete reports and includes several different report templates and diagram types to choose from. Make different reports for different users from the same data - enabling enterprise wide distribution of results at the push of a button.

 

5. Presenting the results Design your diagrams and charts directly in the software. The diagrams and charts can be exported directly to Microsoft Office programs, to PowerPoint, for example. Many chart options to choose from - see Chart Gallery.
